Good sized well appointed room in pleasant countryside location. Helpful friendly staff. Not expensive to stay there.

The location is somewhat isolated. Its a short distance from the lake but the "resort" comprises little more than the hotels located around it. If you want to eat locally then you are pretty much confined to the hotel: breakfast was o.k. but dinner was very disappointing.

Peaceful, beautiful and romantic location

A beautiful, peaceful hotel set in a wonderful location. The quality of the rooms was outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was ideal, situated away from the small center of the city, in the beautiful lake area surrounded by high-end resorts. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially the room service and housekeeping. We were also pleased with the various shops and commercial services available on-site. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the area.

We highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort.

I don't have much by way of comparisons but this hotel was sensational. The room was immaculate with a deep, marble bathtub and beautiful walk-in shower. It snowed whilst we were there so the view from the room was stunning. It's very quiet and the staff were more than helpful despite my poor knowledge of the Korean language. Breakfast was very good with a different range of options.

Nothing about the hotel service wise but the location is a little far from the dowtown area of Gyeongju but actually all the more upmarket hotels seems to be around the same area (further away from the downtown area)

The hotel room was great with a massive bath and bed. Can't fault anything about the room except the lack of wireless (available only in breakfast room). The lake is lovely.

I would only recommend this to someone with a car as many of the tourist attractions and local restaurants are not that easy to get to without a car.

The hotel is nicely located in the lake area and has easy access to the bus line for the temple. the spacious rooms are well-planned and comfortable, with good breakfast options. the fitness center and sauna were well-equipped and virtually empty.

The staff struggles with English, which can be frustrating.

No a/c at night, so it got a bit too warm in the room. Only one receptionist could speak English ...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building has a unique design that caught my attention as soon as I arrived. The location was ideal, close to the lake and within the Bomun Tourist Complex area. It was very easy to move around and explore this beautiful area. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, I found the hotel staff to be incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs.

The hotel offered a buffet breakfast with many options to choose from, including both Korean and continental dishes. the hotel had a great gym facility, which was very clean and provided plenty of equipment to work out with. the hotel was also located near a bus station and taxi stand, which made it easy to get around the city.

Our room was very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around inside. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel restaurant was good; we particularly enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara. the spacious and not busy indoor pool at the nearby Dream Centre was a great advantage.

Our bedroom was quite warm and the temperature controller did not work properly, which made it difficult to adjust the temperature. there was no nearby restaurants or convenience stores available, which made it inconvenient to find food and snacks.
